Oninagi
is a Japanese manga written by Akira Ishida. It was originally published in Japan in 2007 by Houbunsha. It was announced at Yen Press' Comic-Con International panel in July 2008 that they acquired ''Oninagi'' for release in North America. The first volume was translated and published in April 2009. Akira Ishida is not to be confused with the voice actor of the same name. Plot The story begins with Nanami Kushimiya, an average 15-year-old schoolgirl excited about starting the new school year in hopes of getting closer to her crush, Kazuto Sanjouin. On her way to school, she is confronted by a demon-slaying swordswoman, Tomotaka Onigoroshi, who claims that Nanami is a demon and vows to slay her then and there. When Nanami doesn't reveal a “true” form on the verge of being slain by Tomotaka's blade, Onigani, she believes she may have been wrong about her initial instincts. Yen Press, LLC is an American manga and graphic novel publisher co-owned by Kadokawa Corporation and Hachette Book Group. It published ''Yen Plus'', a monthly comic anthology, between 2008 and 2013. In addition to translated material, Yen Press has published original series, most notably a manga adaptation of James Patterson's ''Maximum Ride'' and Svetlana Chmakova's '' Nightschool''. History Yen Press was founded in 2006 by former Borders Group buyer Kurt Hassler and DC Comics VP Rich Johnson. is the first mini album and seventh original album by Japanese boy band KAT-TUN, released in Japan on November 27, 2013, under the label J-One Records. is a historical Japanese derogatory term for renegade local clans, and also the name for a race of spider-like yōkai in Japanese folklore. Alternative names for the mythological Tsuchigumo include and .
