Stanley Omah Didia, known professionally as Omah Lay, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He gained widespread recognition in early 2020 after his self-produced single, "Bad Influence", went viral on social media. He is also known for being featured alongside Alpha P on the official Masterkraft (producer), Masterkraft's remix of Justin Bieber's 2021 single, "Peaches (Justin Bieber song), Peaches", as well as another collaboration with the latter on "Attention (Omah Lay and Justin Bieber song), Attention" in 2022. Lay won the The Headies Award for Next Rated, Next Rated award at the The Headies 2020, 2020 Headies Awards. Early life Stanley Omah Didia was raised in the Nigerian city of Port Harcourt. "Attention" is a song by Nigerian singer Omah Lay and Canadian singer Justin Bieber. It was released through Sire Records and KeyQaad as the second single from Lay's debut studio album, ''Boy Alone'', on 4 March 2022. #EndSARS is a decentralised social movement, and series of mass protests against police brutality in Nigeria. The slogan calls for the disbanding of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), a notorious unit of the Nigerian Police with a long record of abuse on Nigerian citizens. The protest takes its name from the slogan started in 2017 as a Twitter campaign using the hashtag #EndSARS to demand the disbanding of the unit by the Nigerian government.
