Olumide Olamigoke
Olumide "Olu" Olamigoke (born September 19, 1990) is a Nigerian-American triple jumper who won a silver medal at the 2015 African Games. He was born in the United States to Nigerian parents, who immigrated there in 1986, and hence holds a dual Nigerian-American citizenship. The sport of athletics at the 2016 Summer Olympics was made into three distinct sets of events: track and field events, road running events, and racewalking events. Competition schedule Track and field events were held at João Havelange Olympic Stadium, while the race walks and marathon start and finish in Recreio dos Bandeirantes and Sambódromo, respectively.
