Oliver Seymour Youll (born 11 December 1970) is an English cricketer. Youll is a left-handed batsman who bowls leg break. He was born in Newcastle, Northumberland. Youll made his debut for Northumberland in the 1992 Minor Counties Championship against Staffordshire. Youll played Minor counties cricket for Northumberland from 1992 to 1999, which included 41 Minor Counties Championship matches and 10 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches. In 1994, he made his List A debut against Nottinghamshire in the NatWest Trophy. In this match he scored 17 *. He made a further appearance against Ireland in the 1999 NatWest Trophy. In this match he scored 65 runs, before being dismissed by Dwayne McGerrigle. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. Robert Dwayne McGerrigle (born 12 March 1980) is a former Irish cricketer. McGerrigle is a right-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium pace. He was born at Derry, Northern Ireland. McGerrigle made twelve Youth One Day International appearances for Ireland Under-19s, appearing in the 1998 Under-19 World Cup and the 2000 Under-19 World Cup. 1999 NatWest Trophy
The 1999 NatWest Trophy was the 19th NatWest Trophy. It was an English limited overs county cricket tournament which was held between 4 May and 29 August 1999. The tournament was won by Gloucestershire who defeated Somerset by 50 runs in the final at Lord's. Format For the 1999 season, radical changes were made to the structure and format of the competition. Each side's innings was reduced from 60 overs per side to 50, in order to bring the county one-day game in line with the format of One Day Internationals. This in turn reduced the number of overs a bowler could bowl in an innings, down from 12 to 10. The number of teams participating was also greatly expanded. In cricket, a batter is not out if they come out to bat in an innings and have not been dismissed by the end of an innings. The batter is also ''not out'' while their innings is still in progress. Occurrence At least one batter is not out at the end of every innings, because once ten batters are out, the eleventh has no partner to bat on with so the innings ends. Usually two batters finish not out if the batting side declares in first-class cricket, and often at the end of the scheduled number of overs in limited overs cricket. The 1994 NatWest Trophy was the 14th NatWest Trophy. It was an English limited overs county cricket tournament which was held between 21 June and 3 September 1994. The tournament was won by Worcestershire County Cricket Club who defeated Warwickshire County Cricket Club by 8 wickets in the final at Lord's.
