Olena Yuriyivna Iurkovska ( uk, Олена Юріївна Юрковська, born 27 September 1983) is a cross-country skier and biathlete from Ukraine, and a five time Paralympic Champion. She has competed at every Winter Paralympic Games since 2002, winning a total of five gold, five silver, and five bronze medals up to 2010. Volleyball At The 2004 Summer Paralympics
Volleyball at the 2004 Summer Paralympics was staged at the Helliniko Fencing Hall from 21 to 27 September. Two sitting volleyball team events were held, one for men and one for women. The sport is performed sitting down, on a smaller court with a lower net. This was the first Summer Paralympic Games without standing volleyball events, which had been included from the introduction of volleyball in 1976 (when sitting volleyball was a demonstration event) through 2000. The Winter Paralympic Games is an international multi-sport event where athletes with physical disabilities compete in snow and ice sports. The event includes athletes with mobility impairments, amputations, blindness, and cerebral palsy. Competitive cross-country skiing encompasses a variety of race formats and course lengths.
