State Route 220 (SR 220) is an east–west state highway in the south central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at SR 772 about west of Waverly, and its eastern terminus is at the SR 32/ SR 124 concurrency east of Piketon. The entire route is in Pike County. Route description SR 220 begins at a T-intersection with SR 772 in Pebble Township. The route heads east through a rural, hilly area passing near the Combs Knob and Sponyers Knob. SR 220 enters Pee Pee Township and descends into the valley formed by the Pee Pee Creek at the community of Daleyville. The route intersects the western terminus of SR 551 next to Lake White. SR 220 runs along the northwestern edge of the lake and along the base of a hill before reaching SR 552 at the northernmost point of the lake. This is a list of former state routes in Ohio since 1923 with route numbers from 354 through 568 inclusive. SR 354 SR 354 was a state route through central Columbiana County. The route primarily provided access to Guilford Lake to nearby routes. In 1932, an unnumbered state route was created starting near the lake and traveling southeast on mostly dirt roads to US 30 west of Lisbon. The route received its number of SR 354 by 1934. Within one year, it was extended west to the community of New Garden at SR 9. The route existed in this form until 1939 when the entire route became an extension of SR 172, the number the road carries today. Seal Township is one of the fourteen townships of Pike County, Ohio, United States. The 2020 census found 3,351 people in the township. Scioto River
The Scioto River ( ) is a river in central and southern Ohio more than in length. It rises in Hardin County just north of Roundhead, Ohio, flows through Columbus, Ohio, where it collects its largest tributary, the Olentangy River, and meets the Ohio River at Portsmouth. Ohio State Route 335
State Route 335 (SR 335) is a north–south state highway in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at US 52 in Sciotoville, a neighborhood within the city of Portsmouth, and its northern terminus is at SR 220 in Waverly where it has a wrong-way concurrency with US 23 and SR 104 for . Route description Along the way, it intersects with SR 139 in Minford and SR 776 near Stockdale. It crosses SR 32 and SR 124 near Beaver. History SR 335 was commissioned in 1932, on it current route between Minford and Beaver. The highway was extended to Waverly in 1937. In 1939, the route was extended south to Portsmouth. In 2003, the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) commenced construction on a $1.8 million project to realign SR 335 from Dixon Mill Road to Gampp Lane in Scioto County east of the CSX railroad line. State Route 104 (SR 104) is a north–south highway in Southern Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 23 (US 23) in Portsmouth, Ohio and its northern terminus is at US 33 in Columbus. State Route 552 (SR 552) is an east-west state highway in southern Ohio. The western terminus of the route is at SR 220 about west of Waverly. Its eastern terminus is at SR 104 nearly southwest of Waverly. SR 552 is located entirely within Pee Pee Township in northern Pike County. The highway follows the north shore of Lake White (part of Lake White State Park), while the corresponding state route following the south shore of the lake is SR 551.
