Odenplan Metro Station
Odenplan station is a station on both the Green Line of the Stockholm Metro and the City Line of the Pendeltåg commuter rail network. It is located at Odenplan in Vasastaden, in Stockholm city centre. The station was inaugurated on 26 October 1952 as a part of the stretch of the Metro between Hötorget and Vällingby. It was significantly expanded in July 2017, with the opening of the City Line that provided a dedicated north-south route for the Pendeltåg, serving Odenplan on the way. Besides the new tunnels and platforms for the City Line, new station entrances were constructed, supplementing those built for the Metro. The station has two underground island platforms at different levels and on different alignments, with the City Line platforms at the lower level. Stockholm Metro
The Stockholm metro ( sv, Stockholms tunnelbana) is a rapid transit system in Stockholm, Sweden. The first line opened in 1950, and today the system has 100 stations in use, of which 47 are underground and 53 above ground. There are three coloured lines, as shown on the tube maps, which form seven numbered routes with different termini. Routes numbered 17, 18 and 19 (green line), 13 and 14 (red line) and 10 and 11 (blue line) all go through the centre of the city, resulting in a very centralized system. All three lines and seven routes interchange at T-Centralen station. Apart from this, there are three other interchange between lines, at Fridhemsplan, Slussen and Gamla stan stations. Slussen Metro Station
Slussen is a station of the Stockholm metro, located in Slussenområdet in the district of Södermalm. The station is served by the Red and Green lines. Originally opened in 1933 as an underground tram stop, on 1 October 1950 it became the terminal of the first metro line running south to Hökarängen, it was again rebuilt when the extension of the line north to Hötorget was opened on 24 November 1957. On 5 April 1964, the first stretch of the Red line, between T-Centralen and Fruängen, was opened. Just outside the northern entrance to the metro station, there is a bus terminal for buses to the Nacka and Värmdö municipalities. The terminus for the Saltsjöbanan railway was also located here, but it was moved to Henriksdal in 2016 due to the reconstruction of Slussen. T-Centralen
T-Centralen (Swedish for "The T-Central"; T being an abbreviation for "tunnelbana", the Swedish word for "underground" or "subway") is a metro station that forms the heart of the Stockholm metro system, in the sense that it is the only station where all three of the system's lines meet. That, its central location, and its connections with other modes of transport make it the busiest station in the system. The station is located in the Norrmalm borough of Stockholm, between Sergels torg (Sergel's Square) and the street of Vasagatan. Universitetet Railway Station
Universitetet (Swedish: "the university") is a railway station in Stockholm along the Roslagsbanan, named for nearby Stockholm University. The present station was inaugurated on 7 January 2010, replacing the older station by the same name which had been closed for service since 14 June 2009. The closest station to the north, Frescati, was also closed at this time, and will not open again. Roslagsbanan
Roslagsbanan is a narrow gauge commuter railway system in Roslagen, Stockholm County, Sweden. Its combined route length is and there are 38 stations. It is built to the Swedish three foot () gauge. The Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) classifies it as "light rail" in its maps. The line starts in Stockholm at Stockholm East Station (Stockholms östra station, Stockholm Ö). It goes north and splits into three branch lines at the junction stations Djursholms Ösby and Roslags Näsby; the three branches terminate at Näsbypark, Österskär and Kårsta. It is double track between Stockholm and Viggbyholm and between Rydbo and Åkersberga. The rest is single track, but the line to Vallentuna was being doubled in 2012 and Rydbo-Åkers Runö in 2013. Vällingby Metro Station
Vällingby is a station on the Green line of the Stockholm metro. It is located in the district of Vällingby, which is part of the borough of Hässelby-Vällingby in the west of the city of Stockholm. The station is nominally above ground and has a two island platforms and three through tracks, with access from a station building spanning the tracks. This station building forms part of the cultural and retail centre of Vällingby, much of which has subsequently been built over the tracks and platforms of the metro, giving it an underground feel.
