Oblivion Access Festival
Oblivion Access is an annual music festival held across multiple venues in the Red River Cultural District in Austin, Texas. With a focus on metal and experimental music, the festival is named for the Lil Ugly Mane album of the same name. History 2017-2019: Austin Terror Fest Austin bookers Dusty Brooks and Dorian Domi hosted the inaugural Austin Terror Fest, a showcase of metal acts, during the 2017 South by Southwest festival. This first incarnation of the annual festival was conceived as an offshoot of Northwest and Southwest Terror Fest, which Brooks had previously worked to organize. Converge is an American hardcore punk band formed by vocalist Jacob Bannon and guitarist Kurt Ballou in Salem, Massachusetts in 1990. Carcass are an English extreme metal band from Liverpool, formed in 1985.
