OT301
OT301 is a self-managed social centre in a legalized squat in the Dutch city of Amsterdam, located on Overtoom 301. History The former Dutch film academy was squatted in 1999 by a group of artists. After being a breeding ground for a number of years, the building was bought by the user association Eerste Hulp Bij Kunst (EHBK) from the council in 2006. It is used as a multi-media alternative cultural centre, comparable to projects in other Dutch cities such as Extrapool in Nijmegen and WORM in Rotterdam. Activities OT301 is a venue for music and films, a non-profit print shop, artists workspace and an 'organic cultural kitchen' (a vegan restaurant) called De Peper. Formerly, it housed the offices of European Youth For Action and ''Green Pepper'' magazine. WORM (Rotterdam)
WORM is a Rotterdam based non-profit foundation and a multi-media alternative cultural centre focused on experimental, new media art, avant-garde and underground art, primarily music and movies. WORM is funded by the Triodos Bank and part of the culture nota 2009-2012 from the Dutch government. The foundation has received the Pendrecht Culture Prize and its venue is part of the Rotterdam culture plan. WORM organises festivals and concerts, movie nights, runs an independent record label, a radio station. Part of the organisation is also a media lab, a hackerspace, and a music studio. The United Nations estimated in 2003 that there were one billion slum residents and squatters globally. Music venues in the Netherlands are a vivid part of the social cultural environment of the country. In every big city there are concert halls for popular music, classical music and jazz. Extrapool

Marius Job Cohen (; born 18 October 1947) is a retired Dutch politician and jurist who served as Mayor of Amsterdam from 2001 to 2010 and Leader of the Labour Party (PvdA) from 2010 to 2012. European Youth For Action
European Youth For Action (EYFA) is an environmental youth network in Europe. It is based in Amsterdam and has partner organizations in 18 European countries. History EYFA started in 1985 as the European Youth Forest Action; a campaign organised by Youth and Environment Europe with then still an office in Denmark. YEE employed the German Petra Keppler for a while as she held office in Amsterdam. After the first bustour Amsterdam-Budapest EYFA was split off to an independent youth organisation and moved to Sittard. The fundraising for Budapest was done by the Dutch Ed Romeijn as the (East-West) exchange-officer of YEE. The then Belgian chairwoman of YEE Adelheid Byttebier is nowadays elderman in Brussels for the Greens.
