Kara Patria Constantino David-Cancio (born September 12, 1973) is a Filipino journalist, host, professor, and educational administrator. 480i is the video mode used for standard-definition digital television in the Caribbean, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Laos, Western Sahara, and most of the Americas (with the exception of Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay). Several cameras—either film or professional video cameras—are employed on the set and simultaneously record or broadcast a scene.
