OFK Bor
FK Bor (Serbian Cyrillic: ФК Бор) is a football club based in Bor, Serbia. History Early Years (1920s to 1960s) The club was founded in 1919 as a Serbian-French sports society under the name Association Sportive Bor (ASB). The club was financed by the French Society of the Bor Mines and managed by a Frenchman named Loren, the director of mechanical services in Bor mining company. Not much is recorded about the early club activity, until the first official game played in 1920. First ASB's head coach was Gallois, who also played for the club as well as for France national football team. ASB played only friendlies until early 1930s when it joined the Niš Football Subassociation where it played in the Timok Valley regional league with moderate success until the beginning of the Second World War. FK Bor Stadium
FK Bor Stadium, commonly known as Stadion kraj Pirita, is a multi-purpose stadium in Bor, Serbia. The current capacity of the stadium is 5,000. FK Bor stadium was built in 1956. First match was played in April 1957. between local rivals FK Bor and Metalac. In that period stadium was one of the most modern stadiums in former Yugoslavia. In 2014. FK Bor in a cooperation with Football Association of Serbia announce plans to build new stadium on the same place with capacity of 5000, where Serbia national football team will also play their home matches. However, this plan never materialized. Today, Public institution "Sports Center Bor" and the City of Bor are taking care of this stadium from 2019. This decision is made after four months of talks with FK Bor management and parents of kids from football academy. The 1968–69 European Cup Winners' Cup was the ninth season of the European Cup Winners' Cup, a club football competition organised by UEFA for the cup winners from each of its member associations. The tournament was won by Czechoslovakian side Slovan Bratislava, who beat Spanish club Barcelona 3–2 in the final in Basel, Switzerland. It was the first time a club from the Eastern Bloc won the title.
