Oğuzhan Özyakup
Oğuzhan Özyakup (born 23 September 1992), also known as Ozzie or Ozzy, is a Turkish-Dutch professional footballer who plays for Eredivisie club Fortuna Sittard as a midfielder. Born in Zaandam, the Netherlands, Özyakup has previously featured for clubs AZ and Arsenal. While at Arsenal, he won the 2008–09 and 2009–10 Premier Academy League, as well as the 2008–09 FA Youth Cup. At the professional level, Özyakup has won the 2015–16 and 2016–17 Süper Lig with Beşiktaş. Özyakup represented Netherlands at U-17 which he also captained and, U-19 levels until he switched to represent Turkey in 2012. He represented Turkey 7 times at U-21 level, scoring twice. Earned his first senior international cap in 2013, Özyakup is a current Turkish international, being a part of Euro 2016 squad, representing the nation 42 times and scoring once. 2009–10 Premier Academy League
The 2009–10 Premier Academy League Under–18 season is the thirteenth edition since the establishment of The Premier Academy League, and the sixth under the current make-up. All teams played the other teams in their group twice and play 10 inter-group fixtures, producing 28 games a season. Eight of the inter-group games were played against teams in their 'paired group' (i.e. A–B and C–D are the paired groups), whilst the remaining two games comprise one game against a team in each of the two remaining groups. FA Youth Cup
The Football Association Youth Challenge Cup is an English football competition run by The Football Association for under-18 sides. Only those players between the age of 15 and 18 on 31 August of the current season are eligible to take part. It is dominated by the youth sides of professional teams, mostly from the Premier League, but attracts over 400 entrants from throughout the country. At the end of the Second World War the FA organised a Youth Championship for County Associations considering it the best way to stimulate the game among those youngsters not yet old enough to play senior football. The matches did not attract large crowds but outstanding players were selected for Youth Internationals and thousands were given the chance to play in a national contest for the first time. The 2016–17 Süper Lig (known as the ''Spor Toto Süper Lig'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 59th season of the Süper Lig, the highest tier football league of Turkey. The season was named after Turgay Şeren, a legendary goalkeeper of the Turkish national team who also played for and coached Galatasaray.
