is a Japanese anime television network owned by AT-X, Inc. was founded on June 26, 2000 as a subsidiary of TV Tokyo Medianet, which is (in turn) owned by TV Tokyo. The winter white dwarf hamster (''Phodopus sungorus''), also known as the Russian dwarf hamster, Djungarian hamster, striped dwarf hamster, Siberian hamster, or Siberian dwarf hamster, is one of three species of hamster in the genus ''Phodopus''.
