Overheard 2
''Overheard 2'' is a 2011 Hong Kong crime thriller film produced by Derek Yee, written and directed by Alan Mak and Felix Chong and starring Louis Koo, Lau Ching-wan and Daniel Wu. It is a sequel to the 2009 film '' Overheard'' where Koo, Lau and Wu play different roles with a different storyline, but the key elements of the first film are kept. Another sequel, ''Overheard 3'' was released on 30 May 2014. Production started in February and filming lasted for three months. A press conference was held during the 2011 Shanghai International Film Festival on 10 June. The film was released on 18 August in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Plot Manson Lo, the head broker of Man Sang Securities is shown giving his prediction of the Hong Kong stock market on television. Through the viewpoint of an eavesdropper, it is revealed that Lo works for five of the richest in Hong Kong to manipulate the prices of shares in the stock market. Alan Mak (director)
Alan Mak Siu-fai (; born 1 January 1965), is a Hong Kong writer, director, actor and producer. Early life In 1965, Mak was born in Hong Kong. Education In 1986, Mak studied at the School of Drama in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. Upon graduation in 1990, he started his movie career. Career Mak made his directorial debut in 1997, with his first film being '' Nude Fear'', which was written and produced by Joe Ma. After that, Mak directed further films such as '' Rave Fever'', ''A War Named Desire'', ''Final Romance'' and ''Stolen Love'', which would be his first collaboration with writer Felix Chong. 31st Hong Kong Film Awards
The 31st Hong Kong Film Awards presentation ceremony took place in Hong Kong Cultural Centre on 15 April 2012. The hosts for the awards ceremony are Eric Tsang, Bowie Tsang, Gordon Lam, Ronald Cheng and Angelababy. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegeneration, neurodegenerative disease that usually starts slowly and progressively worsens. It is the cause of 60–70% of cases of dementia. The most common early symptom is difficulty in short-term memory, remembering recent events. Lisa Chiao Chiao, often credited as Chiao Chiao (; born Chiao Li-na (焦莉娜); 6 March 1943), is a Taiwanese film actress best known for her work in Hong Kong cinema. Background Born in Chongqing, on 6 March 1943, Her family moved to Taiwan in 1949. She took up acting in 1961. Alex Fong Chung-sun (; born 17 March 1963) is a Hong Kong actor. He married actress Hoyan Mok in 2008; they have one daughter. Incidents Fong has been a brand representative of DOXA, a brand of watches since 2008. In the opening ceremony of DOXA's flagship store in Guangzhou, Fong was sexually harassed by another female guest of the event. DOXA issued an open declaration stating Fong's under-performing had harmed the image of the brand, and therefore they terminated the arrangement.
