Outlaws Of The Range
''Outlaws of the Range'' is a 1936 American Western film directed by Albert Herman. The film is also known as ''The Call of Justice'' in the United Kingdom. Plot summary After rescuing Betty from a runaway horse, Steve (Bill Cody) is hired at her father's ranch. When rustlers go after Dad Wilson's cattle, Steve discovers their hideout and, in the ensuing fight, loses his gun. The crooks use Steve's gun to frame him for the murder of Dad Wilson. Steve goes on the run, intent on uncovering the killer, and the brains behind the rustling ring. Albert Herman (1887–1958) was an American actor, screenwriter and film director. Herman was a prolific director, working mainly on low-budget movies for companies such as Producers Releasing Corporation. He is sometimes credited as Al Herman. Wallace Rudolph "Wally" West is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics as the original Kid Flash and the third Flash (DC Comics character), Flash. Gordon S. Griffith (July 4, 1907 – October 12, 1958) was an American assistant director, film producer, and one of the first child actors in the American movie industry. William McCall (actor)
William McCall (May 19, 1870 – January 10, 1938), was an American film actor. He appeared in more than 190 films between 1918 and 1938. He was born in Delavan, Illinois, and died in Hollywood, California. McCall acted on stage before he began working in film for Vitagraph. During his early film activity he was credited as Billy McCall, and he performed primarily in comic roles in farces, including ''Huns and Hyphens'' (1918) and ''Frauds and Frenzies'' (1918).
