''Oute gata oute zimia'' ( el, Ούτε γάτα ούτε ζημιά) is a 1954 Greek black-and-white film directed by Alekos Sakellarios and Christos Giannakopoulos. Plot Businessman Lalakis Makrykostas (Vasilis Logothetidis) is married to beautiful and much younger Popi (Ilya Livykou), who's being courted by Nikos Koutroumbas ( Lampros Konstantaras). Popi is becoming suspicious of Lalakis' frequent business trips that take him away from Athens. While Lalakis is away on yet another supposedly business trip, it is revealed by a series of coincidences that he's on a romantic getaway to Thessaloníki with his mistress. Popi decides to give him a taste of his own medicine and agrees to go on a romantic getaway of her own with Nikos. Nikos takes her to a village in Boeotia called Thymaria, where the station master Stelios Molfetas (Mimis Fotopoulos) is an old friend of Nikos'. Alekos Sakellarios
Alekos Sakellarios ( el, Αλέκος Σακελλάριος, 13 November 1913 in Athens – 28 August 1991 in Athens) was a Greece, Greek writer and a director. He was born in Athens and grew up in Agios Panteleimonas, Athens, Agios Panteleimonas and began to study journalism and acting at a young age. He wrote his first theatrical play in 1935 called ''The King of Halva''. He entered the film industry and had roles in both screenwriting and directing. He directed mainly with Christos Giannakopoulos and together they wrote and produced an estimated 140 works. Boeotia ( ), sometimes Latinized as Boiotia or Beotia ( el, Βοιωτία; modern: ; ancient: ), formerly known as Cadmeis, is one of the regional units of Greece. Vangelis Protopappas ( el, Βαγγέλης Πρωτοπαππάς; 1917 – 21 May 1995) was a Greek actor from Messolongi. He is most known for his roles in ''A Hero in His Slippers'', '' Santa Chikita'' and ''The Counterfeit Coin''. He later took roles in a number of TV shows including ''Astynomos Thanassis Papathanassis'' with Thanassis Vengos and Zoza Metaxa. Biography Vangelis Protopappas was from a family with a strong legal history. His father Dimitrios Protopappas was a city judge and a politician. Protopappas died on 21 May 1995 from Alzheimer's disease at the age of 78. Ilia Livykou
Ilya Livykou or Ilia Livykou ( el, Ίλυα Λιβυκού; 1919 in Heraklio – 6 September 2002 in Athens, Greece) was a Greek actress, a partner with Vassilis Logothetidis. Her real name was Amalia Hatzaki or Hadjaki (Αμαλία Χατζάκη), later Kozyri (Κοζύρη). She began her education in javelin throwing and studied law in Athens. She brought her tests and marked excellently at the Dramatic School of the Royal Theatre. Her first part was at the theatre that she done in 1947 and from 1948 until 1960, played with Logothetidis. In film, she appeared in her first time in '' The Germans are Coming'' by Alekos Sakellarios (1948). She played in many movies. She left the theatre in 1985 and suffered her worst blow in 1985 when her daughter Eva (one of the three children of her first husband Agissilaos Kozyris) suffered brain tumor and died in Kypseli. Lambros Konstantaras (13 March 1913 – 28 June 1985) was a Greek film actor. He appeared in 80 films between 1940 and 1981. He was born and died in Athens. Biography He was born in 1913, in Kolonaki, Athens. He studied acting in Paris and graduated in 1933, making his theatre debut in France in 1937. The following year, he returned to Greece and worked in theatre. After working in several theatre groups he formed his own with Jenny Karezi, Maro Kontou and Nikos Rizos, often working together with such actresses as Ellie Lambeti, Aliki Vougiouklaki and others. However, Konstantaras was far better known as a film actor, playing leading roles in more than 80 movies. In cinema, he debuted in 1939 with the film ''The Parting Song'', the first Greek sound film.
