Our Home – Abkhazia ( ab, Аԥсны – Ҳара Ҳаҩны) is a public movement in Abkhazia, founded on 26 January 2016 and led by former Interior Minister Raul Lolua Raul Lolua (russian: Рауль Валериевич Лолуа) is a former Minister for Internal Affairs of Abkhazia. During the press conference on 3 March, Lolua stated that Our Home is neither pro-government nor pro-opposition, and that it does not seek to gain power, but rather to change the inefficient political system. Raul Lolua
Raul Lolua (russian: Рауль Валериевич Лолуа) is a former Minister for Internal Affairs of Abkhazia. Following the May 2014 Revolution, Lolua, previously Head of the State Security Service's Special Forces Centre, was appointed First Deputy Minister for Internal Affairs on 9 June 2014 and charged with carrying out the duties of Minister Otar Khetsia, who was (put) on paid leave. On 4 August, acting President Valeri Bganba dismissed Khetsia and appointed Lolua as Acting Minister. Lolua was appointed permanently on 15 October 2014 by newly elected President Raul Khajimba. In May 2015, following two confrontations between police officers and members of the State Security Service, Lolua handed in his resignation. The Minister for Internal Affairs (russian: министр внутренних дел Республики Абхазия) holds a ministerial position in the government of the Republic of Abkhazia. The post existed in the Soviet period within the Council of Ministers of the Abkhaz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, and since then has been occupied by 10 politicians, of whom three have occupied it twice. The current Minister is Aslan Kobakhia. Political Parties In Abkhazia
This article lists political parties and socio-political movements in the partially recognised Republic of Abkhazia. Abkhazia has a multi-party system. Political parties tend to not have stable ideological platforms, and as such, party actions and support tend to depend on the attitudes/beliefs of the party leader. The current coalition is formed by United Abkhazia, Amtsakhara and Aitaira. Political parties There are ten political parties in Abkhazia, two of which are represented in the People's Assembly.
