Ouma Rusks
Ouma (commonly referred to as Ouma Rusks) is a South African rusk made from a traditional buttermilk recipe. It was first produced in the rural town of Molteno, in the Eastern Cape, by Elizabeth Ann Greyvensteyn in 1939, in response to an initiative by the town's pastor to help the entrepreneurial efforts of the women in his congregation. The brand currently dominates the relatively-small local rusk market, and is manufactured in the same town it was first produced. Eric Ouma Otieno (born 27 September 1996) is a Kenyan international footballer who plays for Swedish club AIK. Mainly a left back, he can also be deployed in all other positions on the left side. Francis Ouma (born March 23, 1988) is a Kenyan football player who plays for Sony Sugar in the Tusker Premier League as a striker. Career Ouma began his career with Mathare United, with whom he won the 2008 Kenyan Premier League and finished as top goalscorer, with 15 goals. He joined Parma after the end of the season. Kassim Ouma (born 12 December 1978) is a Ugandan professional boxer. He held the International Boxing Federation, IBF junior middleweight title from 2004 to 2005, and has challenged twice for a world middleweight title in 2006 and 2011. Early life Born into poverty, at the age of six he was kidnapped and forced to join the National Resistance Army and consequently did not see his family for five years. Mark Muga Ouma (10 September 1960 – 10 July 2016) was a Ugandan-born Kenyan athletics journalist and philosophy academic. Born in Kampala, Uganda, to Bernadette and Joseph Ouma (an academic), Mark Ouma grew up studying in his birthplace, Kenya, and also in Sydney, Australia. He completed a bachelor's degree in philosophy at Makerere University and went on to teach Advanced Logic at his alma mater in the 1980s.
