Otto Joachim Løvenskiold
Otto Joachim Løvenskiold (14 May 1811 – 4 August 1882) was a Norwegian judge and politician. He served three terms in the Parliament of Norway, and served as Mayor of Kristiania from 1869 and 1876. He was a Supreme Court Justice from 1854 to his death. By birth, he was a member of the Løvenskiold noble family. Personal life He was born at Fossum in Gjerpen (now Skien) as a son of Governor-general of Norway Severin Løvenskiold (1777–1856). He was a grandnephew of Bartholomæus Herman Løvenskiold, great-grandson of and nephew of . In September 1837 in Sem he married Julie Caroline Helene Wedel-Jarlsberg, a daughter of Count Johan Caspar Herman Wedel-Jarlsberg and Karen Christiane Andrea Anker. Halden (), between 1665 and 1928 known as Fredrikshald, is both a town and a municipality in Viken county, Norway. Anton Martin Schweigaard (11 April 1808 – 1 February 1870) was a Norwegian educator, jurist, economist and member of the Norwegian Parliament. Background Schweigaard was born at Kragerø in Telemark, Norway. He was one of three children of Jørgen Fredrik Schweigaard (1771–1818) and Johanne Marie Dahll (1785–1818). Both parents died when he was 10 years old and the children were raised by their grandmother. He studied law at the University of Christiania, where he received his degree in 1832. Carl Otto Løvenskiold (27 August 1898 – 22 August 1969) was a Norwegian landowner and businessperson. Personal life He was born in Aker as a son of nobleman and landowner Harald Løvenskiold (1868–1934) and Dorothea Christine Blom. He was a grandson of Prime Minister Carl Otto Løvenskiold, great-grandson of Otto Joachim Løvenskiold, great-great-grandson of Severin Løvenskiold and second cousin of Carl Axel Løvenskiold. Personal life He was born in Aker as a son of landowner Carl Otto Løvenskiold, member of Løvenskiold family and Henny Størmer. Carl Otto Løvenskiold (23 December 1839 – 1 October 1916) was a Norwegian naval officer, business executive and landowner. He served as the Norwegian prime minister in Stockholm during 1884. By birth, he is a member of Løvenskiold family, Løvenskiold noble family. Biography Løvenskiold was born in Christiania (now Oslo), Norway on 23 December 1839. He was the son of Otto Joachim Løvenskiold (1811-1882) and Julie Caroline Helene Wedel-Jarlsberg (1815-1840).
