Michael Otterson
Michael R. Otterson was the managing director of Public Affairs for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 2008 to 2016. In April 2016, the church announced that he would retire at the end of August 2016 and be replaced by Richard E. Turley, Jr. On 1 November 2016, he began a new assignment, along with his wife, as president and matron of the London England Temple. Biography Otterson is a convert to the LDS Church. Born in Liverpool, England and educated in Britain, he entered journalism in his native city of Liverpool before moving to Australia where he worked as a political reporter and sub-editor in South Australia and Canberra. Following a year's stint as a sub-editor on the '' Japan Times'' in Tokyo, he returned to the UK and was appointed Business Editor for the ''Liverpool Daily Post''. Joel Otterson
Joel Otterson (born in Inglewood, CA, 1959, United States) is an American artist who lives and works in Los Angeles, CA. Professional life and education Otterson received his BFA at Parsons School of Design, New York, NY in 1982. In 1983, Otterson exhibited for the first time at Gallery Nature Morte in Manhattan. He would have exhibitions with other notable artists together with artists like Richard Prince, Jeff Koons, and Haim Steinbach. Joel Otterson is a sculptor who for 30+ years has worked his way through the house and remade everything inside it. His hybrid mash-ups of our domestic environment question our relationship to the home and to each other. His work addresses the gender of objects, their place in culture and what it means to be American. John (Jack) Edward Otterson (August 25, 1905 – December 22, 1991) was an American Art director#In film, art director. He was nominated for eight Academy Awards in the category Academy Award for Best Production Design, Best Art Direction. He worked on 300 films between the years of 1934 and 1953. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was educated at Yale University, Yale, where he was an editor of a campus humor magazine ''The Yale Record'' with writer Geoffrey T.
