Dario Antonio Úsuga David (born September 15, 1971) is a Colombian drug lord. Úsuga is the leader of the drug trafficking group the Gulf Clan (Spanish: Los Urabeños), and is known by his nickname Otoniel. He is accused of sending dozens of shipments of cocaine to the United States, killing police officers, recruiting minors, and sexually abusing children, among other crimes. After being sought by Colombian authorities for a decade, he was captured and arrested in October 2021, and extradited to the United States in May 2022. At the time of his capture, 132 warrants for his arrest had been issued. He pled guilty in New York to charges related to his time as Gulf Clan leader and is currently serving a 45-year sentence. He also faces coordinated charges in Florida. Ramón Otoniel Olivas Ruiz (born 28 February 1968) is a Nicaraguan football manager and former player. He now coaches Real Estelí in the Primera División de Nicaragua, Club career During his career he played for Real Estelí for whom he scored 62 goals in 16 years in Nicaragua, Atlético Indio in Honduras and Atlético Marte in El Salvador. He is considered one of the best central defenders to have played in and for Nicaragua.
