Otlukbeli District
Otlukbeli District is a district of Erzincan Province in Turkey. The municipality of Otlukbeli is the seat and the district had a population of 2,577 in 2021. It is the least populated district in the province. Its area is 320 km2. The district was established in 1990. Composition The district encompasses one municipality (Otlukbeli), ten villages and two hamlets. Erzincan Province ( tr, ; ku, Parezgêha Erzînganê) is a province in the Eastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. In Turkey, its capital is also called Erzincan. The population was 236,034 in 2018. Geography Erzincan is traversed by the northeasterly line of equal latitude and longitude. It lies on the Northern Anatolian Fault, why it is often the location for earthquakes like one on 27 December 1939 and the earthquake on the 13 March 1992.
