Otis (Superman)
Ogre Ogre is a DC Comics character who appeared in ''Batman'' #535 (October 1996), created by Doug Moench and Kelley Jones. Ogre is a genetically altered man, whose brother is a genetically experimented Ape created by Doctor Winston Belmont. The man, Michael Adams, was increased in strength and the Ape in intelligence. The project created by Belmont was Project Mirakle, a top secret government project at Atsugi, where there were tested spy planes, as well as experiments on humans in the late 1950s. These experiments were made to create the perfect human agent but when funding was excavated so were the subjects. Michael Adams, as 23rd human experiment, managed to escape after 22 previous deaths. The Ogre tracked and murdered the scientists who collaborated with the project, only to be tracked by Batman himself. Otis, Indiana
Otis is an unincorporated community in New Durham Township, LaPorte County, Indiana. Geography Otis is located at . History Settled in 1851, the town was named Salem Crossing by the Michigan Southern Railroad along whose tracks the community grew. By the time the village was platted in 1870, it was called LaCroix, courtesy of the Monon. The town served as an important station during the Civil War since all soldiers from northern Indiana were required to travel by Monon troop trains south from LaCroix. The community bustled with the arrivals and departures of troops and the hotels and merchants thrived on the needs of soldiers for rooms, food and store goods. It was along the Monon that the funeral train of the assassinated President Abraham Lincoln traveled to Illinois. History Otis was established in 1882 as a construction campsite for workers building the Burlington & Missouri River rail line from Lincoln Nebr to Denver, Colo. The Otis family is a Boston Brahmin family from Massachusetts best known for its involvement in early American politics. History The family was originally landowning farmers of Glastonbury, Somerset, the Otises went to New England during the Puritan migration of the 1630s settling first in Hingham before finally moving to Barnstable. Nikola Bogojevic (born December 21, 1991) is an American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Otis. After signing with WWE in 2016, he was assigned to their developmental brand NXT, teaming with Tucker Knight as part of Heavy Machinery. They were promoted to WWE's main roster in 2018. "Otis" is a song by American hip hop artists Jay-Z and Kanye West from their first collaborative album ''Watch the Throne'' (2011). The song posthumously features soul singer Otis Redding, whose version of "Try a Little Tenderness" is sampled in the song. The production was covered solely by West. The track was premiered by Funkmaster Flex's Hot 97 radio show and was released onto the Internet the day afterward. Lyrically, the song has the two rappers sharing lines discussing wealth, decadence and fame. The track received highly positive reviews from music critics who praised the trading off of verses by the two rappers and the Redding-sampled beat, which was compared to the style heard on West's ''The College Dropout''.
