Otacílio Gonçalves
Otacílio Gonçalves da Silva Junior (born 16 June 1940 in Santa Maria) is a former Brazilian football manager who was active as the manager of Paraná Clube. He started his managerial career in Internacional, and later managed many Brazilian clubs, the Kuwait national team and Japan. Otacílio Gonçalves has won the Campeonato Gaúcho twice, with Internacional in 1984 and Grêmio in 1988, and the Campeonato Paranaense four times, with Atlético Paranaense in 1985, with Pinheiros in 1987, and with Paraná in 1991 and 1995. Santa Maria, Rio Grande Do Sul
Santa Maria is a municipality (''município'') in the central region of Rio Grande do Sul, the southernmost state of Brazil. In 2020, its population was 283,677 inhabitants in a total area of . Santa Maria is the 5th biggest municipality in the state, and the largest in its micro-region. The football (soccer) Campeonato Brasileiro Série B 1992, the second level of Brazilian National League, was played from February 9 to July 11, 1992. The competition had 32 clubs and twelve of them were promoted to Série A. The competition was won by Paraná. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série B is commonly referred to as the Brasileirão Série B (Série B), and until 2022 was officially called Brasileirão Sportingbet by sponsorship reasons. It is the second tier of the Brazilian football league system. Although not having been played annually since its founding in 1971, the competition format has changed almost every season.
