Osmani García
Osmani "La Voz" García González Kats (born May 22, 1981 in Guanabacoa) is a Cuban reggaeton ( cubatón) rapper and singer. Biography García participated in the National Festival of Cuba and at 19, he received several awards in various categories at which point he began to sing professionally. He co-founded El Duo de Cristal in 2001, who wrote their own songs, and combined Cuban styles with international pop. They played three domestic Cuban tours, reached #1 in the Cuban charts and appeared on youth music programs such as ''A Moverse'', ''Super 12'', ''De mi pa ti'' and ''Mezcla''. Hits included ''Mujer quien eres tú'', as well as ''Mujer'' which was used for public service messages on Cuban television promoting International Women's Day and Mother's Day. Los Van Van
Los Van Van is one of the leading musical groups of post-revolutionary Cuba. It was founded in 1969 by bassist Juan Formell, who directed the band until his death in 2014. Formell and former band members Changuito and Pupy are some of the most important figures in contemporary Cuban music, having contributed to the development of songo and timba, two popular dance music genres. ''Granma'' is the official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba. It was formed in 1965 by the merger of two previous papers, (from Spanish: "Revolution") and ("Today"). Publication of the newspaper began in February of 1966. The Communist Party of Cuba ( es, Partido Comunista de Cuba, PCC) is the sole ruling party of Cuba. It was founded on 3 October 1965 as the successor to the United Party of the Cuban Socialist Revolution, which was in turn made up of the 26th of July Movement and Popular Socialist Party that seized power in Cuba after the 1959 Cuban Revolution. NG La Banda is a Cuban musical group founded by flutist José Luis "El Tosco" Cortés. NG stands for ''nueva generación'' ('new generation').
