Oscar Edwin Huber (August 22, 1917 – September 9, 2017) was an American politician in the state of South Dakota. He was a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from 1961 to 1972. Edmunds County is a county in the U.S. state of South Dakota. At the 2020 census, the population was 3,986. Its county seat is Ipswich. The county was established in 1873 and organized in 1883.
