Osama Hosny
Osama Hosny Lotfy Abdel Sattar ( ar, أسامة حسني لطفي عبد الستار; born June 18, 1982) is a retired Egyptian footballer. He played the forward position for Egypt's African Super Cup Championship club Al Ahly. An Egyptian international but missed out on the 2006 African Cup of Nations in Egypt through injury. Club career He was a fine attacking striker who was a regular goal scorer for the African champions and played a major part in their CAF Champions League 2005 triumph scoring 3 goals. He scored 3 goals again in CAF Champions League 2006 helping Al Ahly to defend his title. Osama has a great ability to score from any place, especially with his golden head. He scored 5 goals in one game against Koroum in the Egyptian League (2003–2004). Osama is famous for his good manners, and he was the vice-captain of Al-Ahly team. Sharqia Governorate ( ar, محافظة الشرقية ', , rural: ) is the 3rd most populous of the governorates of Egypt. Located in the northern part of the country, its capital is the city of Zagazig. Aba is a city in the southeast of Nigeria and the commercial center of Abia State. Upon the creation of Abia state in 1991, Aba was divided into two local government areas namely; Aba South and Aba North. Aba south is the main city centre and the heartbeat of Abia State, south-east Nigeria. It is located on the Aba River. The 2006 FIFA Club World Cup (officially known as the FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2006 presented by Toyota for sponsorship reasons) was a football tournament held in Japan between 10 December and 17 December 2006. It was the third FIFA Club World Cup. The club champions from each of the six confederations played in a knockout tournament. The quarter-final match-ups were determined by a draw including the AFC, CAF, CONCACAF and OFC champions, while the UEFA and CONMEBOL champions were given byes to the semi-finals. The losers of the quarter-finals would play for the fifth place, while the losers of the semi-finals were to play in a third-place play-off.
