Origlio
Origlio is a Municipalities of Switzerland, municipality in the district of Lugano (district), Lugano in the Cantons of Switzerland, canton of Ticino in Switzerland. History Origlio is first mentioned in 1335 as ''Orellio''. In the Middle Ages, the village, was part of the valley community of Lugano. In 1484 it was ravaged by the Plague (disease), plague. In the 15th Century it was under the Duke of Milan, to whom it had to provide soldiers and weapons. Under Old Swiss Confederacy, Swiss Confederation rule, it was part of the bailiwick of Lugano. In 1803, after the Act of Mediation, it became part of the district of Lugano. The first church in the village dates from the 8th century. The church of San Vittore Mauro in Carnago was built on the site of this earlier church. In 1570 it became a parish church. Cureglia
Cureglia is a municipality in the district of Lugano in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. History Cureglia is first mentioned in 1335 as ''Curea'' or ''Curilia''. In 1468, the village of Comano, which belonged to Cureglia, broke away from the parish of Lugano. Cureglia became an independent parish in 1594. The parish church of S. Lamone
Lamone is a municipality in the district of Lugano in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. History Lamone is first mentioned in 854 as ''Namonni''. In 1295 it was mentioned as ''Lamono''. A prehistoric stone bowl was discovered on San Zeno hill. The first records of the village record properties and feudal rights in Lamone in the 9th Century. Ponte Capriasca is a municipality in the district of Lugano in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. History Ponte Capriasca is first mentioned in 1335 as ''Ponte''.
