Oregon Sports Network
Oregon Sports Properties is a division of Learfield which handles the sports broadcasting, accommodation, and billboard rights for the teams of the University of Oregon's athletic programs and its venues. Until 2012, it was known as the Oregon Sports Network (abbreviated to OSN) and also handled the school's television rights. It launched in 1987 to handle the team's radio rights, with KUGN in Eugene the school's longtime flagship radio station since 1959, outside the period between 1987 and 1995 where KPNW served as the flagship with OSN producing broadcasts. Later, its television coverage aired on NBC Sports Northwest, with additional coverage carried on KLSR and KEVU. Learfield
LEARFIELD, formerly Learfield IMG College, is a large collegiate sports marketing company, representing more than 200 of the nation's top collegiate properties including the NCAA and its 89 championships, NCAA Football, leading conferences, and many of the most prestigious colleges and universities in the country. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, LEARFIELD employs more than 2,200 people in nearly 100 offices throughout the United States. The company was created in 2018 through the combination of Endeavor's IMG College division and Learfield Communications of Missouri, managed by the Atairos Group. KEVU
KEVU-CD (channel 23) is a low-power, Class A television station in Eugene, Oregon, United States, affiliated with MyNetworkTV. It is owned by Cox Media Group alongside Fox affiliate KLSR-TV (channel 34). Both stations share studios on Chad Drive in Eugene, while KEVU-CD's transmitter is located on South Ridge. Due to KEVU's low-power status, the station is simulcast on KLSR's second digital subchannel to expand its broadcasting radius. This signal broadcasts on channel 34.2 from the same transmitting tower on South Ridge. In August 2019, then-owner California Oregon Broadcasting, Inc. upgraded KEVU-CD to the 1080i full HD picture format; prior to this upgrade, programming was being presented in 480i 4:3 SD.
