Order Of Manas
The Order of Manas ( ky, Манас ордени; russian: Орден «Манас») is the second highest order of Kyrgyzstan. The order is awarded by the President of Kyrgyzstan. Order (honour)
An order is a visible honour awarded by a sovereign state, monarch, Dynasty, dynastic house or organisation to a person, typically in recognition of individual Meritocracy, merit, that often comes with distinctive insignia such as Collar (order), collars, medals, badges, and sashes worn by recipients. Modern honour systems of state orders and dynastic orders emerged from the culture of orders of chivalry of the Middle Ages, which in turn emerged from the Catholic religious orders. Sapar Zhumakadyrovich Isakov ( ky, link=no, Сапар Жумакадырович (Жумакадыр уулу) Исаков, Sapar Zhumakadyrovich (Zhumakadyr uulu) Isakov; born July 29, 1977) is a Kyrgyz politician who was Prime Minister from 26 August 2017 to 19 April 2018. National Library Of Kyrgyzstan
The National Library of the Kyrgyz Republic is the legal deposit and copyright agency for Kyrgyzstan. It was founded in 1934. It has a collection of 6 million documents in 89 languages from around the world. Since 2005 the head of the Kyrgyz National Library is Dr. Jyldyz Bakashova.
