Orange Marangalude Veedu
''Orange Marangalude Veedu'' () is a 2020 Malayalam-language film written and directed by Dr. Biju. The film stars Nedumudi Venu, P. Balachandran, Prakash Bare, Lally, Lakshmi Marikar, and Master Yedhu. The film is about a grandfather and grandson. It examines their relationship as well as agriculture, politics, communalism and other socially relevant subjects. It takes place in Thiruvananthapuram, as well as Alappuzha, Wagamon, and Nagpur. The music is by Bijibal. The film is the first Indo-Chinese co-production. It was also the debut of cinematographer Yedhu Radhakrishnan (Kannan), the son of MJ Radhakrishnan. Nedumudi Venu
Kesavan Venugopal (22 May 1948 – 11 October 2021), better known by his stage name Nedumudi Venu, was an Indian actor and screenwriter from Kerala, who predominantly worked in Malayalam cinema. He acted in more than 500 films, primarily in Malayalam cinema, Malayalam and also in Tamil cinema, Tamil in a career spanning nearly five decades. He wrote screenplays and directed one film. Nedumudi Venu won three National Film Awards and six Kerala State Film Awards for his various performances. Early life Venu was born as Venugopal to P. K. Kesava Pillai, a school master and P. Kunjikkuttiyamma in Nedumudi as the youngest of their five children. He had four elder brothers. Bijibal Maniyil is an Indian music composer and playback singer who works predominantly in Malayalam films, documentaries, short films and television commercials. He has composed for more than 150 feature films, several documentaries and television commercials. Career Bijibal entered the film industry as a composer in 2007, with the film satirical drama ''Arabikatha'' starring Sreenivasan and directed by Lal Jose. In 2013, he won the National Film Award for Best Background Score and Kerala State Film Award for the film ''Kaliyachan''. Lakshmi (; , sometimes spelled Laxmi, ), also known as Shri (, ), is one of the principal goddesses in Hinduism.
