Operation Kids is a public 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ann Romney
Ann Lois Romney ( Davies; born April 16, 1949) is an American author and philanthropist. She is the wife of businessman and politician, Senator Mitt Romney of Utah. Orrin Hatch
Orrin Grant Hatch (March 22, 1934 – April 23, 2022) was an American attorney and politician who served as a United States senator from Utah from 1977 to 2019. Hatch's 42-year Senate tenure made him the longest-serving Republican U.S. senator in history, though Chuck Grassley is expected to surpass him in 2023. Operation Smile is a nonprofit medical service organization founded in 1982 by Dr. William P. Magee Jr. and his wife Kathleen (Kathy) S. Magee. It is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In addition to providing cleft lip and palate repair surgeries to children worldwide, Operation Smile works as a non-governmental organization to reduce the occurrence of cleft lips and palates worldwide. Operation Smile has provided over 220,000 surgeries for children and young adults born with cleft lips, cleft palates, and other facial deformities in over 60 countries since 1982, at no cost to the recipients. Jon Steven Young (born October 11, 1961) is an American former professional football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons, primarily with the San Francisco 49ers. Adam John Walsh (November 14, 1974 – July 27, 1981) was an American child who was abducted from a Sears department store at the Hollywood Mall in Hollywood, Florida on July 27, 1981. His severed head was found two weeks later in a drainage canal alongside Highway 60/ Yeehaw Junction in rural Indian River County, Florida. His death garnered national interest and was made into the 1983 television film ''Adam'', seen by 38 million people in its original airing. Adam’s father, John Walsh, became an advocate for victims of violent crimes and was the host of the television program '' America's Most Wanted'' and, later, ''In Pursuit with John Walsh''. John Edward Walsh Jr. (born December 26, 1945) is an American television personality, and victim rights advocate, and the host/creator of '' America's Most Wanted''.
