Open Air Stereo
Open Air Stereo is a rock band that originated in Laguna Beach, California. Biography In early 2001, Chase Johnson, Kelan and Braeden Hurley, along with Ryah Arthur formed Stulpigeon, a band that played mostly covers of songs by groups such as Foo Fighters and Incubus. Drummer Nick Gross joined the band in 2002. In 2006, the group, now called Open Air Stereo, gained national exposure on the MTV program Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. The band claims influences such as Rage Against the Machine, Muse, Incubus, Led Zeppelin and The Doors which is evident in their older work, but their more recent tracks seem to have adopted more of a pop punk Esq sound. The band independently released a self-titled EP in April 2005. Foo Fighters
Foo Fighters are an American rock band formed in Seattle in 1994. Foo Fighters was initially formed as a one-man project by former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl. Following the success of the eponymous debut album, Grohl (lead vocals, guitar) recruited a band consisting of Nate Mendel (bass guitar), William Goldsmith (drums), and Pat Smear (guitar). Incubus is an American Rock music, rock band from Calabasas, California. The band was formed in 1991 by vocalist Brandon Boyd, lead guitarist Mike Einziger, and drummer José Pasillas while enrolled in Calabasas High School and later expanded to include bassist Alex Katunich, Alex "Dirk Lance" Katunich, and Gavin Koppell, Gavin "DJ Lyfe" Koppell; both of whom were replaced by bassist Ben Kenney and Chris Kilmore, DJ Kilmore, respectively. The Doors
