One Sydney Harbour
One Sydney Harbour is a skyscraper complex under construction in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It includes 808 apartments in three towers, and is being built by Lendlease. The three towers are 247 metres (72 floors), 230m (68), and 104m (29) tall respectively. The project is part of the major urban renewal precinct of Barangaroo, which also includes International Towers Sydney and Crown Sydney. The project was first proposed as an early concept in 2013, before Renzo Piano's design entry was appointed as the final design in 2015. Approval was given to the two towers in 2017, with construction commencing in 2019. Renzo Piano
Renzo Piano (; born 14 September 1937) is an Italian architect. His notable buildings include the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris (with Richard Rogers, 1977), The Shard in London (2012), the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City (2015), İstanbul Modern in Istanbul (2022) and Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens (2016). He won the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 1998. Piano has been a Senator for Life in the Italian Senate since 2013. Barangaroo, New South Wales
Barangaroo is an area of central Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the north-western edge of the Sydney central business district and the southern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney. The area was used for fishing and hunting by Indigenous Australians prior to colonial settlement. The International Towers is a commercial skyscraper complex in central Sydney, in the Barangaroo area. The complex comprises three main office towers; Tower 1 at 217 metres (712 ft), Tower 2 at 178 metres (584 ft), and Tower 3 at 168 metres (551 ft).
