One Nation Underground (Ill Niño Album)
''One Nation Underground'' is the third album by Ill Niño and their final studio album released through Roadrunner. It debuted at No. 101 on the Billboard Top 200 with first week sales of nearly 11,000. Its sales of approximately 210,000 are well down on the near Gold selling ''Confession''. The album features several elements and influences of metalcore, groove metal and even tribal music. This is the band's last album with guitarist Jardel Paisante. Track listing Notes: * When the band announced the track list for this album, there was a cover of the Peter Gabriel song " Red Rain" on the album, as track 13. It was cut from the official release, though it was later released on '' The Undercover Sessions''. Pearls Before Swine (band)
Pearls Before Swine was an American psychedelic folk band formed by Tom Rapp in 1965 in Eau Gallie, now part of Melbourne, Florida. They released six albums between 1967 and 1971, before Rapp launched a solo career. Early years, 1965-68 With high school friends Wayne Harley (banjo, mandolin), Lane Lederer (bass, guitar) and Roger Crissinger (piano, organ), Rapp wrote and recorded some songs which, inspired by the Fugs, they sent to the avant-garde ESP-Disk label in New York. The group took its name from a Bible passage: "Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine ...." (Mat. 7:6, KJV), meaning: do not give things of value to those who will not understand or appreciate them. Hatebreed
Hatebreed is an American hardcore band from Bridgeport, Connecticut, formed in 1994. The band released its debut album '' Satisfaction is the Death of Desire'' in 1997, which gave the band a cult following. The band signed to Universal Records and released ''Perseverance'' in 2002, which hit the ''Billboard'' 200. Combining elements of hardcore and heavy metal, the band is often described as a metalcore, hardcore punk, and beatdown hardcore band. They have played a major role in the Connecticut hardcore scene. Dave Chavarri is a Peruvian American musician, and is the founder, producer, manager, and drummer for the band Ill Niño, and Terror Universal. He is also the former drummer for bands Soulfly, Pro-Pain, M.O.D., Merauder and Lȧȧz Rockit, and Gothic Slam. Chavarri is also the owner of entertainment company C.I.A Management, whose roster includes Ill Niño, Terror Universal, and others.
