Big Daddy Weave
Big Daddy Weave is an American contemporary Christian band from Mobile, Alabama composed of Mike Weaver, Joe Shirk, Jeremy Redmon, and Brian Beihl. They are signed to Fervent Records. History The band members met in college while attending the University of Mobile. Mike Weaver had been serving as worship leader of a Pensacola, Florida church and attending a community college in the area. He came to the university at the urging of his pastor, and studied voice. In 2006 and 2007, Big Daddy Weave toured with Mark Schultz on his "Broken and Beautiful" Tour. In 2009, they headlined the "What Life Would Be Like" Tour with guest musician Josh Wilson. On June 25, 2019, band frontman Mike Weaver announced that he would be releasing his autobiographical book, ''I Am Redeemed'', on September 3, 2019. FFH (band)
FFH, also known as Far from Home, are an American contemporary Christian band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Formed in 1993, FFH released six independent projects before being signed by Essential Records. Since then, they have released seven studio albums, as well as a "greatest-hits" album. Background The group formed as Four for Harmony, an a cappella group. Over time they developed a vocal acoustic pop style, similar to that of Avalon, and changed their name to Far from Home. That name was being used by a secular duo and they became known as FFH. Michael Dean Boggs (born November 8, 1978) is an American Christian musician, guitarist, and worship pastor, who mainly plays Christian pop. His nickname was "Boggsy", while he was with FFH. He has released two studio albums, ''More Than Moved'' in 2010 with and '' More Like a Lion'' in 2014 with Stylos Records, while he released, an extended play, ''More Like a Lion'' in 2013, with Stylos Records.
