''Once Upon A Time In Amritsar'' is a 2016 Indian Punjabi-language film directed by Harjit Singh Ricky, written by Mohit Banwait and starring Dilpreet Dhillon, Gurjind Maan, Tanvi Nagi and Sonia Kaur as the main cast of the film. This film is set to be released worldwide on 10 June 2016. Plot This is a story of two college boys, Ranjeet Dilpreet Dhillon and Gurtej Gurjind Maan, who want to finish their school, get a job, and make their families happy. However, they have to encounter some obstacles during the time. It starts with a man getting off a train and walking down the streets. Later that day, he has been followed by some men who then kill him and burn his body to erase evidences. Police find the body and try to investigate it. Then, the setting is moved to Ranjeet's house. Dilpreet Dhillon, is an Indian singer and actor associated with the Punjabi music and Punjabi film industry. He started his career as a singer, and later debuted as an actor with the Once Upon A Time In Amritsar. Early life Dhillon was born on 24 August 1991 in Fatehgarh Sahib Fatehgarh Sahib is a city and a sacred pilgrimage site of Sikhism in the north west Indian state of Punjab. Nachhatar Gill (born ''Nachhatar Singh Gill'') is a Punjabi musician and singer-songwriter. He was born to a Sikh family at their village Akaalgarh near Badesron, Tehsil Garhshankar, Punjab, India. Gill was very fond of music. His father was a kirtani (hymn singer at Sikh temple). He used to sing along with his father at their village's temple's annual program.
