''On ne change pas'' (meaning ''We do not change'' or ''One does not change'') is the first comprehensive French-language greatest hits album by Canadian singer Celine Dion, released by Columbia Records on 30 September 2005. It features songs recorded between 1981 and 2005, including three new tracks, all of which were released as singles: "Je ne vous oublie pas", "Tous les secrets" and "I Believe in You" (duet with Il Divo). "Je ne vous oublie pas" reached number two in France and was certified Silver. The other singles peaked at numbers twenty and thirty, respectively. "I Believe in You (Je crois en toi)" is a duet by Celine Dion and Il Divo, released as the third and last single from Dion's ''On ne change pas'' album (2005), and first and only from Il Divo's ''Ancora'' (2005). At first, on 23 January 2006 "I Believe in You" was released as a radio single in the United States. The commercial single was issued 1 May 2006 in France and Switzerland. It was also released as a radio single in Canada, in May 2006. Background and release Luc Plamondon, with whom Dion worked in 1991 on her '' Dion chante Plamondon'' album, wrote French lyrics for the song. There was no music video made for the song. "Tous les secrets" (meaning "All the Secrets" or "Every Secret") is the second single from Celine Dion's 2005 French-language greatest hits album, ''On ne change pas'' and also a theme song from the animated movie ''Asterix and the Vikings''. It was released in March 2006. Background and release "Tous les secrets" had its worldwide premiere on 1 September 2005 in Poland, ahead of any French-speaking country. Jannick "Janik" Top is a French bass player and composer, born in Marseille. Top plays the electric bass and the cello. In the 1970s, he was a lead member of the influential zeuhl band Magma, along with Christian Vander and Didier Lockwood. From 1977 to 1980, he played in the popular electronic project Space.
