Dostoevsky Omsk State University (Омский государственный университет им. Ф. М. Достоевского), usually referred to as Omsk State University (Омский государственный университет) (OmSU) was founded in 1974 in the city of Omsk, Russia. The two original departments (Humanities and Science) and 40 professors have grown to 13 departments and a 1000-member faculty. The university has graduated more than 25,000 students. OmSU embraces its connections to the world and develops international relations with the universities of Europe, the United States, Mexico, Japan, China, Kazakhstan and other countries. Such cooperation led to the establishment of the Centers for Chinese, Kazakh and Ibero-American Studies which in its turn flows into the development of study and research abroad programs that provide the opportunity to conduct independent projects in a foreign country. Ebeyty (russian: Эбейты) is a salt lake in Omsk Oblast, Russian Federation. The Kazakhstan–Russia border lies about to the southeast of the lake. Ebeyty lies at the tripoint of Moskalensky, Poltavsky and Isilkulsky districts. The waters of the lake are reputed to have healing properties. Geography Ebeyty lies in the southern part of the Ishim Plain, the southernmost sector of the West Siberian Plain. It is a saline endorheic lake located at the bottom of a depression. In the summer the lake shrinks to an area of . Ebeyty is the largest salt lake in Omsk Oblast. Sergey Nikolayevich Baburin (russian: Серге́й Николаевич Бабурин, born 31 January 1959) is a Russian nationalist politician, member of the State Duma of the first, second and fourth convocations where he served in the Committee on Civil, Criminal, Arbitral and Procedural Law, leader of the Russian All-People's Union and an ex-leader of the Rodina political party. Davaajantsangiin Sarangerel () (born 1963) is a former photographer, journalist and the current Member of State Great Khural and Minister of Environment and Tourism in U.Khürelsükh's Second Cabinet.
