Olli Huttunen
Olavi "Olli" Huttunen (born 4 August 1960 in Kajaani) is a Finnish football coach and former goalkeeper. He is the former head coach of the Finnish national team. Considered one of the best Finnish goalkeepers of all time, Huttunen represented Haka all of his career, winning one Finnish championship and three Finnish Cups with the club. He earned 61 caps for Finland. Huttunen started his coaching career as Keith Armstrong's assistant at Haka. He became Haka's head coach in 2002, and has led the club to one league championship and two cups. In 2009 Huttunen was sacked. On 8 November 2010 he replaced Stuart Baxter as the head coach on Finland's national team for the match against San Marino. Kajaani
Kajaani (; sv, Kajana) is the most populous town and the capital of the Kainuu Region of Finland. It is located southeast of Lake Oulu (Oulujärvi), which drains into the Gulf of Bothnia through the Oulu River (Oulujoki). As of , it had a population of . The town was founded in the 17th century, fueled by the growth of the tar industry, but it was preceded by a long history of settlements. During the Great Northern War it succumbed to Russian forces, who ruined Kajaani Castle in 1716. Today, the local economy is mainly driven by the sawmill, lumber, and paper industries, although UPM Kymmene's paper mill, the main employer from 1907 until 2008, has since closed. Mestaruussarja Players
Mestaruussarja (Championship series) was the top division of Finnish football from 1930 to 1989. It was replaced by Veikkausliiga in 1990. In 1930 league format was used for the first time to decide the Finnish champion. Before that from 1908 to 1929 the championship was decided with cup competition. The league was dominated by clubs from Helsinki, Turku and Vyborg. The first champion was HIFK Fotboll from Helsinki. In 1935 four best clubs were from Helsinki and in 1934 and 1936 top three clubs also came from Helsinki. From 1908 to 1940 the championship went outside Helsinki on only six occasions. Kuopio was the first inland city to get into the league when Pallotoverit were promoted in 1938.
