''Oliyampukal'' () is a 1990 Indian Malayalam-language political action film, directed by T. Hariharan, written by Dennis Joseph, and produced by K. G. Rajagopal. The film stars Mammootty, Rekha, Thilakan and Kaviyoor Ponnamma. This film did average business and was dubbed into Telugu as ''Prathinidhi''. The film had musical score by M S Viswanathan. It was a film directed by Hariharan without M. T. Vasudevan Nair as scenarist, soon after several films of the duo including the ever successful ''Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha'' (1989). This film also marked Aishwarya’s Malayalam debut (the daughter of notable South cinema female superstar, Lakshmi). Aishwariyaa Bhaskaran
Shanta Meena (born 23 May 1971), credited as Aishwariyaa Bhaskaran, is an Indian actress who has acted in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Telugu movies and along with several Malayalam and Tamil television soap operas. Rajan P Dev
Rajan P. Dev (20 May 1951 – 29 July 2009) was an Indian film and stage actor. He was born in Cherthala in the Alappuzha district of the former state Thiru-Kochi (present day Kerala). He had acted in over 500 films in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages. He was noted for his villain roles laced with a touch of humour. Prathapachandran (1941–2004) was an Indian actor, who worked predominantly in Malayalam film, Malayalam film industry, though he acted in a few Tamil and Telugu movies as well. He known for the portrayal of villainous and character roles in over 300 movies. Palappurathu Kesavan Surendranatha Thilakan (15 July 1935 – 24 September 2012) was an Indian film and stage actor who appeared in over 200 Malayalam films. Kaviyoor Ponnamma is an Indian actress who appears in Malayalam films and television. She began her career performing in theatre dramas before foraying into cinema. She has also acted in TV serials and commercials and has playback singing credits in few films. Ponnamma is a four-time Kerala State Film Award for Second Best Actress winner. Anandakuttan (1954 – 2016) was an Indian cinematographer who worked predominantly in Malayalam cinema. He worked on over 150 films including ''His Highness Abdullah'', ''Bharatham'', ''Kamaladalam'', ''Sadayam'', ''Chronic Bachelor'', ''Akashadoothu'', ''Harikrishnans'', ''Punjabi House'' and ''Aniyathipraavu''.
