Oliver Barbosa (born September 29, 1986) is a Filipino chess grandmaster. He earned his International Master title in 2008 and his grandmaster title in 2011. Barbosa won the 10th Parsvnath International Grandmasters Tournament in New Delhi, with 9.5/11 and an astounding Tournament Performance Rating (TPR) of 2710. By winning the said tournament, he also raised his ELO Live Rating from 2573 to 2627 as he gained 53.8 ELO rating points to become the Philippines 3rd Super GM. He earned his first GM norm in the Asian Individual in Mashad, Iran and his second norm in the Philippines National Championships. Pentala Harikrishna (born 10 May 1986) is an Indian chess grandmaster. He became the youngest grandmaster from India after attaining the title in 2001, a record now held by Gukesh D. He was Commonwealth Champion in 2001, World Junior Champion in 2004, and Asian Individual Champion in 2011. He is currently third highest rated player in India. Harikrishna won the Tata Steel Group B in 2012 and the Biel MTO Masters Tournament Open event in 2013. He represented India at seven Chess Olympiads from 2000 to 2012 and won team Bronze at the World Team Chess Championships in 2010. Lu Shanglei (; born 10 July 1995) is a Chinese chess grandmaster and 2014 World Junior Chess Champion. Career In 2010, Lu played on the Chinese team (alongside Yu Yangyi, Wang Chen, and Wang Jue) that won the 5th Vladimir Dvorkovich Cup, a junior team competition held in Moscow. Darwin Laylo (born 1980) is a Filipino chess grandmaster. Laylo won the Philippine national championship in 2004 and 2006. These wins earned him a place on the Philippine teams in the 2004 Calvià Olympiad and in 2006 at Turin. In 2006 he gained two GM norms, the first from the 2006 Malaysian Open, and the second at the 2006 Bad Wiessee tournament in Germany. His third and final norm came in the 2007 Asian Chess Championship in Cebu, Philippines. Ivan Šarić (; born 17 August 1990) is a Croatian chess grandmaster. He earned his IM title in 2007, and his GM title in 2008. The Asian Chess Championship is a chess tournament open to all players from Asian chess federations ( FIDE zones from 3.1 to 3.7). It's held with the Swiss system and consists in two divisions, Open and Women's, the latter of which is reserved to female players.
