Oli Shaw
Oliver Glen Shaw (born 12 March 1998) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays for EFL League One club Barnsley. He has previously played for Kilmarnock, Hibernian, Stenhousemuir, Ross County and represented Scotland at the under-19 and under-21 levels. Early life Shaw is from the Barnton area of Edinburgh, and although a Hibernian fan initially joined local rivals Heart of Midlothian as a youth player before signing for Hibernian. 2017–18 SPFL Development League
The 2017–18 SPFL Development League was the 20th season of the highest youth Scottish football league and the fourth season under the "Development League" format. It began on 21 August 2017, and concluded on 7 May 2018. Changes For the 2017–18 season of the Development League, three teams chose to withdraw from the competition. Dunfermline Athletic announced in May 2017 that due to the proposals made under 'Project Brave', which would see the implementation of a reserve league from the 2018–19 to replace the Development League, the club would not participate in the final year of the competition. Rangers also announced their intention to withdraw from the competition, instead receiving permission from the SPFL to take part in a programme of fixtures against a number of European elite youth teams, for example, Manchester United, Benfica and Bayern Munich. The 2016–17 SPFL Development League was the 19th season of the highest youth Scottish football league and the third season under the "Development League" format. It began in August 2016 and ended in May 2017. Changes The league remained at 17 teams. All twelve 2016–17 Scottish Premiership clubs participated in the league, with Dundee United, Dunfermline Athletic, Falkirk, Hibernian and St Mirren making up the numbers. The Scottish League One, known as cinch League One for sponsorship reasons, is the third tier of the Scottish Professional Football League, the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland. The Scottish League One was established in July 2013, after the Scottish Professional Football League was formed by a merger of the Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League. Format Teams receive three points for a win and one point for a draw. No points are awarded for a loss. Teams are ranked by total points, then goal difference, and then goals scored. At the end of each season, the club with the most points is crowned league champion. If points are equal, the goal difference determines the winner. Alan Stubbs (born 6 October 1971) is an English football manager and former professional footballer As a player he was a centre-back who played top flight football for every club he played for. He played in the Premier League with Bolton Wanderers, Everton, Sunderland and Derby County as well as a five-year spell in the Scottish Premiership with Celtic. The United Kingdom driving test is a test of competence that UK residents take in order to obtain a full Great Britain or Northern Ireland (car) driving licence or to add additional full entitlements to an existing one.
