Olga Chorens (born 7 February 1924) is a Cuban singer and actress. She started music early as young as 11. She gained huge fame after performing in the Cuban radio musical program ''Ritmos del Plata'' hosted by Tony Álvarez. They both played with Orquesta Río De La Plata. They eventually married. Early life Lissette was born March 10, 1947, in Lima, Peru, at a time when her parents, Cuban TV stars Olga Chorens and Tony Álvarez (''Olga y Tony''), were touring South America. While living with her parents in Havana, Cuba, Lissette made her first recording at age 5, the children's song "El Ratoncito Miguel", which would eventually become a hit for her.
