Olga Yuryevna Ismayilova (née Panarina; born 16 September 1985) is a Belarusian-Azerbaijani track cyclist, specialising in the sprint disciplines. Originally representing Belarus, she won two bronze medals at the 2010 UCI Track Cycling World Championships: in the 500 m time trial and the keirin – literally "racing cycle" – is a form of motor-paced cycle racing in which track cyclists sprint for victory following a speed-controlled start behind a motorized or non-motorized pacer. Apeldoorn
Apeldoorn (; Dutch Low Saxon: ) is a municipality and city in the province of Gelderland in the centre of the Netherlands. It is located about 60 km east of Utrecht, 60 km west of Enschede, 25 km north of Arnhem and 35 km south of Zwolle. 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships
The 2009 UCI Track Cycling World Championships are the World Championship for track cycling. They took place at the BGŻ Arena in Pruszków, Poland from 25 to 29 March 2009. Nineteen events were on the programme, with the women's omnium being added to the eighteen events contested at the 2008 championships.
