Ole Konrad Ribsskog
Ole Konrad Ribsskog (8 December 1865 – 26 January 1941) was a Norwegian educator and politician for the Labour and the Social Democratic Labour parties. He was born in Flatanger as a son of farmers Johannes Olsen Ribsskog (1838–1910) and Marta Marie Ribsskog, née Høstland (1847–1901). He was an older brother of Adolf Ribsskog, headmaster and mayor of Steinkjer, and Bernhof Ribsskog, educator and social democratic politician. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway from the constituency Baklandet in 1913, and served one term. On the local level he was elected to Trondhjem city council in 1907. Flatanger is a List of municipalities of Norway, municipality in Trøndelag Counties of Norway, county, Norway. It is part of the Namdalen Districts of Norway, region. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Lauvsnes. Other villages include Jøssund, Flatanger, Jøssund, Hasvåg, and Vik, Trøndelag, Vik. The municipality is the 217th largest by area out of the 356 municipalities in Norway. Flatanger is the 326th most populous municipality in Norway with a population of 1,101. Spydeberg
Spydeberg was a municipality in former Østfold county, Norway, until December 31. 2019. At January 1. 2020 it became a part of the new and greater municipality named " Indre Østfold Kommune" after the region, together with Askim and Trøgstad and Eidsberg and Hobøl kommuner (Municipalities). The administrative centre of the Spydeberg municipality was the village of Spydeberg. Spydeberg Kommune (municipality) was divided into the parishes of Spydeberg, Heli, and Hovin and was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt). The village of Spydeberg has approximately 5,500 inhabitants. It is located southeast of Oslo and is easily reached by both car and bus and train. Einar Dahl (born 15 November 1880, death unknown) was a Norwegian barrister and politician for the Conservative Party. He was born in Trondhjem as a son of judge Hartvig Bernhard Dadhl (1841–1903) and Therese Mathilde Ellingsen (1850–1919). He was married to merchant's daughter Inger Goltermann from 1908 until her death in 1945, then from 1946 to Kristine Lorck, a sister of banker Hans Skirstad. He took the examen artium in 1899 and graduated from the Royal Frederick University with the cand.jur. degree in 1904. He settled as an attorney in Trondhjem, and from 1926 he was a barrister with access to work with Supreme Court cases. Trondheim Tramway
The Trondheim Tramway in Trondheim, Norway, is the world's most northerly tramway system, following the closure and dismantling of the Arkhangelsk tramways in Russia. It consists of one 8.8-km-long line, the Gråkallen Line, running from St. Olav's Gate in the city centre through Byåsen to Lian Station in Bymarka. Background Numbered Line 1, it is operated by Boreal Bane, a subsidiary of Boreal Norge and is often simply called the Gråkallen Line (Gråkallbanen). Gråkallbanen operates five tram cars, out of a total rolling stock of nine articulated tram cars built by Linke-Hofmann-Busch in 1984. In addition heritage cars from the Trondheim Tramway Museum are available for chartered tours.
