Ole Enger (chief Executive)
Ole Enger (born 14 March 1948) is a Norwegian businessperson. He holds a cand.agric. degree from the Norwegian College of Agriculture. He was employed by Nordsildmel from 1971, then Norsk Hydro from 1986 where he among others was the chief executive of Hydro Seafood. He was then the chief executive officer of Elkem from 1992 to 2006, Sapa Group Hydro Extruded Solutions is a manufacturer of extruded aluminium profiles. Norsk Hydro announced in July 2017 that it would take full ownership of the 50/50 joint venture Sapa AS by buying the remaining 50 percent stake from conglomerate Orkla Gr ... from 2006 to 2009 and Renewable Energy Corporation from 2009 to 2013. Enger has also been chairman of Norsk Gjenvinning Norge and Nel. The ''Great Norwegian Encyclopedia'' ( no, Store Norske Leksikon, abbreviated ''SNL''), is a Norwegian-language online encyclopedia. The online encyclopedia is among the most-read Norwegian published sites, with more than two million unique visitors per month. Nel ASA is a Norwegian company founded in 1927 and based in Oslo. Nel is a global company providing solutions for the production, storage and distribution of hydrogen from renewable energy sources. The Renewable Energy Corporation (REC) is a solar power company with headquarters in Singapore. REC produces silicon materials for photovoltaics (PV) applications and multicrystalline wafers, as well as solar cells and modules. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance New Energy Solar.
