Ole Dehli
Ole Dehli (8 May 1851 – 27 February 1924) was a Norwegian jurist and organizational leader. He was born on the Dehli farm in the parish of Ringsaker near Furnes in Hedmark, Norway. He was a son of farmers Hans Olsen Dehli (1816–1881) and Martha Larsdatter (1821–1882). In October 1876 he married physician's daughter Maria Gyth (1851–1926). Their daughter Bergljot was married to Colonel Jacob Ager Laurantzon, making Ole Dehli a grandfather of agronomist Trygve Dehli Laurantzon, and another daughter Asta was married to priest Rolf Selvig. Their son Halfdan Gyth Dehli Halfdan Gyth Dehli (15 June 1881 – August 1963) was a Norwegian businessperson and aviator. Ringsaker
is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Hedemarken. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Brumunddal. Other settlements in Ringsaker include the town of Moelv and the villages of Furnes, Kvål, Kylstad, Mesnali, Nydal, Rudshøgda, Stavsjø, Tingnes, and Byflaten. Halfdan Gyth Dehli
Halfdan Gyth Dehli (15 June 1881 – August 1963) was a Norwegian businessperson and aviator. He was a son of barrister Ole Dehli (1851–1924) and women's health pioneer Maria Dehli, née Gyth (1851–1926). His sister Bergljot was married to Colonel Jacob Ager Laurantzon, and through them he was an uncle of Trygve Dehli Laurantzon. He is best known as the director of Marinens Flyvebaatfabrikk from 1916 to 1918, and had also performed the first flight with its first aircraft '' M.F.1'' in 1915. From 1918 to 1923 Gyth Dehli was a technical director in Det Norske Luftfartsrederi. He later settled as a farmer in Stange, then Lillehammer. Jacob Ager Laurantzon
Jacob Ager Laurantzon (7 January 1878 – 17 September 1965) was a Norwegian military officer with the rank of Major General. He was born in Eidsberg to Thorbjørn Laurantzon and Catharine Berg. He married Bergljot Dehli, a daughter of barrister Ole Dehli, in 1878. They were parents to agronomist Trygve Dehli Laurantzon. Laurantzon graduated as military officer in 1898, and studied at the Norwegian Military College from 1898 to 1891. He served as Captain in the field artillery from 1903, was Major in the general staff from 1926, and promoted Colonel in 1929, chief of the Trondheim regiment. Furnes, Norway
Furnes is a village in Ringsaker Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village is located just west of the European route E6 highway, about from the town of Hamar to the southeast and the same distance from Brumunddal to the norhtwest. Furnes Church is located in the village. It was built in 1707 using some of the stone from the Cathedral Ruins in Hamar. This village was the administrative centre of the old Furnes Municipality that existed from 1891 until 1964. Name The village is named Furnes ( non, Furnes). The meaning of the first element is unknown. It is possible that the first part came from the old name of a local river such as ''Fura'' or it could be derived from the word ''furu'' which means "pine". Hedmark
Hedmark () was a county in Norway before 1 January 2020, bordering Trøndelag to the north, Oppland to the west, Akershus to the south, and Sweden to the east. The county administration is in Hamar. Hedmark and Oppland counties were merged into Innlandet county on 1 January 2020, when Norway's former 19 counties became 10 bigger counties / regions Hedmark made up the northeastern part of Østlandet, the southeastern part of the country. Knut Helle
Knut Helle (19 December 1930 – 27 June 2015) was a Norwegian historian. A professor at the University of Bergen from 1973 to 2000, he specialized in the late medieval history of Norway. He has contributed to several large works. Early life, education and marriage He was born in Larvik as the son of school inspector Hermann Olai Helle (1893–1973) and teacher Berta Marie Malm (1906–1991). He was the older brother of politician Ingvar Lars Helle. The family moved to Hetland when Knut Helle was seventeen years old. ''Hvem er hvem?'' ( en, Who is Who?) was a Norwegian book series, presenting facts about notable persons from Norway. The first edition was issued in 1912, and the 14th edition came in 1994. Trygve Dehli Laurantzon
Trygve Dehli Laurantzon (20 March 1902 – 21 May 1975) was a Norwegian agronomist and newspaper editor. He was born in Kristiania as a son of Major General Jacob Ager Laurantzon (1878–1965) and Bergljot Dehli (1878–1968). On the maternal side he was a grandson of jurist and organizational leader Ole Dehli, and a nephew of Halfdan Gyth Dehli. In 1928 he married Johanne Sandberg (1903–1985), a daughter of farmer, officer and politician Ole Rømer Aagaard Sandberg (1865–1925). As such he was a brother-in-law of Ole Rømer Aagaard Sandberg, farmer and MP from Furnes. Laurantzon died in May 1975 in Hamar. During the German occupation of Norway he edited the magazine ''Norsk Jord'' from 1941 to 1945. During the last phase of the Second World War he edited the newspaper ''Nationen'' for two and a half months, and headed the collaborationist Quisling regime's Ministry of Agriculture for a short period from April to May 1945. Coop Norge SA is a Norwegian cooperative. It is owned by 117 local cooperatives with approximately 2 million members. The company has its headquarters in Oslo. History The first cooperative store in Norway was opened in the 1850s and, on 27 June 1906, a group of 28 cooperatives formed the NKL (''Norges Kooperative Landsforening'', "Norwegian Cooperative Association") to act as a wholesaler for its members.
