Old City Hall (Hong Kong)
Old City Hall, which existed from 1869 to 1933, was the first such structure in the crown colony of Hong Kong. Its function differed from a town hall in that it was used solely for community purposes and did not house any government offices. Old City Hall (Bradford, Pennsylvania)
The Bradford Old City Hall is a historic city hall located in Bradford, Pennsylvania, in McKean County. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 17, 1976. The eclectic Victorian Romanesque Revival building was constructed in 1897. The building was designed by architect Enoch A. Curtis of Fredonia, New York. Curtis was also in charge of the building's reconstruction in 1902 after a devastating fire. The brick building features a four-story, clock tower that houses a four-dialed clock created by Seth Thomas around 1910. The building no longer functions as city hall, but remains home to some city government offices. The building is also located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). Old City Hall (Omaha, Nebraska)
The Old City Hall, also known as the Red Castle, located in downtown Omaha, Nebraska was located at the corner of 18th and Farnam Streets. Completed in 1890, the building was demolished 1966 after controversy erupted over landmark preservation in the city. Along with Omaha's Old Post Office, the Old City Hall became a rallying call for more deliberate efforts by the community and city leaders. Old City Hall (Boston)
Boston's Old City Hall was home to its city council from 1865 to 1969. It was one of the first buildings in the French Second Empire style to be built in the United States. After the building's completion, the Second Empire style was used extensively elsewhere in Boston and for many public buildings in the United States, such as the Old Executive Office Building in Washington, D.C., as well as other city halls in Providence, Baltimore and Philadelphia.
