Oke Maata
''Oke Mata'' is a 2000 Indian Telugu-language film, directed by Muthyala Subbaiah and produced by Ambhika Krishna. The film stars Upendra, Ramya Krishna, Raasi, Nagendra Babu, and Babu Mohan. Plot Sooryam, the president of a fisherman's community, protests against the discharge of toxic wastes into the sea by an industrialist's factory. As the protest turns violent, Sooryam gets arrested and jailed. Later, during the trial, the truth about Sooryam's dark past comes out. Muthyala Subbaiah is an Indian film director. He has directed 50 Telugu films. Known for his films with heavy dose of human emotions, he is sometimes referred as ''Sentiment Subbaiah''. Personal life Muthyala Subbaiah was born in Parlapalli, a village in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. His parents are Sankaraiah, Seshamma. He is the eldest of four children. Sujatha Mohan (credited as Sujatha) is an Indian playback singer who is popular for singing in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu movies. She has also sung for Kannada, Badaga, Hindi and Marathi movies. Anuradha Sriram
Anuradha Sriram (born 9 July 1970) is an Indian carnatic and playback singer and child actress who hails from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Devi Sri Prasad (; born 2 August 1979) is an Indian film composer, lyricist, singer-songwriter and performer. Popularly known by his initials DSP, he is best known for his work in Telugu-language films, and has also worked in a few Tamil films. A ''raga'' or ''raag'' (; also ''raaga'' or ''ragam''; ) is a melodic framework for improvisation in Indian classical music akin to a melodic mode.
